I have reason to be.

The screenshot below shows a payment received August 2007

What caused the transaction error is unknown.
PayPal directed me to eBay for an answer.
eBay sent me back to PayPal.

Still no explanation nor reply

Google for NO PAYPAL will raise an eyebrow.
Also be aware not all PayPal payments are "instant" as marketed.
Reading the PayPal User Agreement and conditions for Buyer Protection is wise.
